Model Call ONLINE Agreement

    If you are receiving this you have been selected to model for our new backdrops.
    We have already selected the backdrops for your session.
    You will receive 5 complimentary digital images with download pin and print release.
    Your appointment will last about 20 minutes.

    Be sure to:
    • no tattoos/stickers on children
    • wear mostly white with either khaki or jeans
    • arrive on time and be ready for pictures upon arrival
    • no costume jewelry, nail polish or markers on children
    • professional hair and make up appreciated but not required
    I have read and understand this entire contract agreement.  I agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
