First and foremost, let me extend my congratulations to you on your upcoming wedding.
I’m honored to assist your special day and will do everything possible to provide the utmost customer service and quality.
The following agreement spells out the terms and conditions of this order.
Cancellations: This is a custom order, therefore if payment(s) is not made in full by 00/00/0000 this contract is void.
Either party must put the contract cancellation in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the month in which your flowers are scheduled to be delivered, will receive a refund on monies paid, less the non-refundable $100.00 deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the month your flowers are scheduled to be delivered will not receive a refund.
Any additional, unforeseen expenses and/or services will require your approval. These additional fees will be billed separately, due and payable upon receipt of invoice. A $25.00 late fee will be charged to payments not received by the specified due dates.
There is no guarantee on flower availability for orders made less than two weeks prior to the event however, we will make every attempt to provide the closest available match.
Due to the natural deterioration process and the fact that the flowers may or may not have a water source once they are arranged, Swirls Unlimited will not be held liable for the condition of the floral arrangements once they have been delivered.
